Decent price. Had some issues getting the phone, unfortunately. Firstly, it wasn't despatched next day. I called the day after it was due to be told there had been a mistake, and they'd send it the following day. When it didn't arrive again, I called to be told they were out of stock and waiting on a new shipment. It arrived the day after that. Not a deal breaker, and the staff were nice enough, but I could have lived without the hassle of having to chase two missed deadlines.

I have sent 2 complaint emails, customer services agent replies to both of the complains offering me to either buy more products or to provide her with details so that she can track my order. The contract they sold me is more expensive than EE and i requested if there is a remedy where they might offer me the difference but no marry. they arent even reading the emails

Very easy to navigate the site and order up my new phone, even sorted out the pac for keeping my number. Though as I live in the highlands, I always add a day to the delivery time, it took two more, which with all things considered, it’s fine. So marked down a star for that, but I’ll use them again for my next switch ?

Poor after service.First mistake they failed to port my number. Second mistake Button came off handset in less than 3 months and been palmed off .

I ordered an iPhone 12 (128GB white)I ordered a phone on the 20st of November and the £269 plus accessories was taken from my account but I have not heard anything since. I called the customer services 3-4 times, they promised me, the phone will come 2-3 weeks, but still nothing, still I didn't received my phone. Last week I spoke with someone from this company, she said, they have in stock this phone , so she think only 1-2 days and they will send an email comfirmation about my delivery. I just waiting, and I have no idea still how long! I am extremely annoyed and saddened by this and will soon cancel my order of it not here in the next week. If you want a phone quickly this not good for you, because that won’t happen.
